Following a stringent and Challenging Recruitment Process, our Team Members are all Screened and vetted to British Standard BS7858: Screening & Vetting.
 
This ensures that every Team Member we recruit are Over and Above the Minimum Standards required when being Employed in the Security and Care Sectors.
 
Upon completion of screening, successful Team Members are put through a Complete Company Induction Process. This process includes all the standards working practices and methodologies we live by, along with Enhanced Training Courses.
