Welcome to UK Care and Secure Transport Services

My Name is Charlie Iffans and I am the Managing Director.  UK Care and Secure Transport Services is a trading name of Frontline Security 24/7 Ltd which was formed in 2009.
 
Having come from a background of being in care, it has always been my ambition/wish to do something where I could make a difference to people who share a similar background as myself.
 
Having initially researched the Care Sector combined with the experience I have gained.  I felt providing Secure Transport for vulnerable or potentially violent service users whilst, at the same time being compassionate and sensitive to the needs of each individual would be good step towards achieving the vision I have set out:

UK Care and Secure Transport Services is dedicated to supporting young people through the difficult times they face. We are committed to delivering a professional service with emphasis on care & safety with the young people we interact with.
 
It can be difficult when dealing with young people in traumatic situations, however we at UK Care and Secure Transport Services have developed an in-depth bespoke training plan for all our team members. This includes:

  • PMVA – Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression
  • Child Protection Awareness
  • Equality & Diversity
  • Child Protection Awareness
  • Customer Service Training
  • Use of Hard & Soft restraint
  • Pain Compliance
We operate 24hrs a day 365 days a year to fulfil the needs our clients and the young people in our care.
